OvoVegan Diet Plan
There's good stuff in the egg yolk!

Quick Overview

  1. Awaken to Glass of High Alkaline Mineral Water
  2. Eat a handful of Organic Walnuts, Pistachios, and Almonds (no cashews) before anything else
    • remember, starting your day with caffeine and carbs/sugar, causes metabolic shock!​
    • and all caffeine does is cause you to release stress hormones for a toxic energy boost!​
  3. Sungaze into First/Last 11-22 minutes of Sunrise/Sunset
  4. Smoothie Breakfast: Raw Vegan Smoothie with lots of Raw Garlic and lots of Chia & Hemp Seeds
  5. Catch Some Morning Sun Rays (between 9 and 11)
  6. Drink alot of High Alkaline Purified Water ; 24/7
  7. Peasant Lunch: Brown Basmati Rice; plus tons of Green Lentils, and tons of Mushrooms with lots of Onions and Garlic.
    • add tiny amounts of slow growth/organic chicken breast or line caught mahi-mahi every other day (if needed);
    • use organic simmer sauces for convenience
  8. Catch Some Afternoon Sun Rays (between 4 and 6)
  9. Have a Great Dinner and Finish Eating before 7pm:
    1. No Dairy: Small amount of Organic Butter ok
    2. Organic Coconut and Avocado Oils are Best
    3. Organic Coconut-Almond Milk is Best
    4. No Oats or Gluten (beer, barley, bread, flour, wheat, rye)
    5. No Sugar/Corn Syrup: Coconut Sugar ok (30g daily max)
    6. Organic Raw Honey and Organic Date Sugar is Best (30g daily max)
    7. Tiny amounts of Slow Growth / Organic Chicken Breast; if needed.
    8. Only Organic Basmati Brown Rice w Turmeric-Pepper
    9. No Farm Raised Fish & No Fish at Top of Food Chain
    10. ​Small amounts of Pole-Caught Mahi Mahi, or Lion Fish, ok
    11. 1 to 3 Organic Pasture Raised Eggs for Dinner with lots of Asparagus, Garlic, and Onions is best.

Fasting Cleanse

Remember to FAST at least once a year (I usually do it on January 2nd to January 4th); or if you are really sick, I suggest doing it three to four times a year, which is every 3-4 months (remember, you must clear out the toxins so as to help attain the golden chalice of homeostasis).

And you must remember to fast for at least 72 hrs, to reset your immune system.

  • Fasting episodes trigger the process of autophagy which breaks down and recycles dysfunctional proteins and organelles, and perhaps also the process of apoptosis which does the same with cells. After the fast, these dysfunctional components are rebuilt in a better form, thus rejuvenating the organism. - Wikipedia
 
  • There are different ways to fast, but I recommend a high quality / high PH water ONLY.  But if you haven't already quit sugar, dairy, and limited your meat, then maybe some kind-of enhanced water diet during fasting would work best for you.  
 
  • I would drink mostly purified high-alkaline infused water with Organic Green Tea (and a tad of raw honey if sugar withdrawals are killing you), and maybe some water with a tiny bit of fresh pressed juice (again, only when going into sugar withdrawals).
 
  • You can also add various herbal supplements to your drinks, and remember to do your own research and development (figure out what works best for you).
